Next to their obvious use as full dmg dealer they have some nice synergies in this female comp. Regarding Arbalests I didnt use them much in previous playthrough but I'm beginning to enjoy them more and more. However they do seem to hold out much better than expected mainly due to debuff and party heal being able to cast from position 2. You won't be able to constantly stun them but, with your great healing, you won't really need to.
